1 ½ cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoon Dale's Marinade or worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon Dijon or other spicy brown mustard 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 large garlic clove pressed through a garlic press or grated on a Microplane ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper add more or less to taste 1 tablespoon brown sugar
