  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar adjust for sweetness
  • teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a cast-iron skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
