Equipment

  • Mason jar
  • Garlic press or microplane

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced or grated
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • teaspoon salt
  • cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients into a wide mouth mason jar. Screw the lid on tightly and shake until all of the ingredients are well combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.

Notes

  • If you want a more authentic version of this recipe, you could add 1 teaspoon of anchovy paste or a little bit of fish sauce.
  • Like a little spice? Add a few red pepper flakes to the mix.
  • This can be refrigerated and stored for up to a week right in the mason jar.
