And while grabbing takeout might be tempting, having something like this prepped and ready to go means you can skip the drive-thru and still enjoy something fresh, satisfying, and way better for you.

Romaine Lettuce
I like to wash and chop my romaine lettuce as soon as I get home from the store, then store it in Ziplock bags. It saves time later and doesn't hog space in our RV fridge. Pre-bagged lettuce works too, but it's usually more expensive.
Bacon
I cook it on a Bacon Tray, then wrap the slices in paper towels and store them in a Ziplock bag. You can reheat it in seconds when you're ready to eat.

Easy Chicken Caesar Wraps
Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1-2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese or cheese of your choice
- ½ cup Short Cut Caesar Dressing Recipe linked in the notes below
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped lettuce and avocado. Toss with as much Caesar dressing as you like.
- Heat the tortillas in a skillet or put them in the microwave one at a time for about 20 seconds.
- Spread a layer of salad onto the tortilla and then layer on the chicken, bacon, and cheese.
- Drizzle with more dressing.
- Fold the ends of the tortillas in over the toppings and then roll. Burrito style.
- Serve at room temperature or place in a skillet with olive oil to warm.
